CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation

Our buying  team inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customers satisfaction. Prior the shipment we will share with you pictures or videos of the products.

In case you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us directly via whatsapp if you decide to cancel the order.

For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 20% cancellation fee is applied.

We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund.

You can return a product after 7 days from the date you purchased it in new, unworn and unaltered condition.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

You should contact us to get the address for sending them back.

You will be refunded within 10 business days when we get the return. Refunds will include the product price only and can only be made to the original form of payment.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@themayest.com.

Sale items

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mayest.com

How do I return my product?

You should contact us to get the address for sending them back.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £300, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
